I was seen early. Initial diagnosis appears to be reasonable. I was referred to a specialist. Will know more end of the month. Staff was pleasant and professional.

This is such a caring group of staff members. I, like others, do not like to go to the dentist, but they make it so much easier on me and with that caring manner, it is not that bad to go through. Great Job!!!!

For a routine exam it was a smooth and pleasant experience! Something I never would have said about any of the other dentists that I've seen in my 64 years! Dr. McGann and staff are always very pleasant, professional and beyond any of my normal dental expectations! I wish I had had this experience while growing up as I may not have developed the procrastination for getting checkups as I did. I cannot thank them enough for their fine service and for the appointment -reschedule option, reminders.

I had a chipped crown, and I was offered two options to solve the issue. It's nice to have a dentist who is knowledgeable about dentistry and mindful of the costs of care. Also, the staff is very good at explaining procedures and making people feel comfortable.

As a new resident of Lake Elmo, I found this small dental practice through a mailed introduction. The professionals I've encountered at McGann Family Dental are focused on delivering excellent, friendly customer service. They take the time to learn about new patients and follow-up with a thorough written report after a first appointment; they also do a fine job of educating and explaining.

Dr. McGann and his staff are the best. I don't like going to the dentist but they always are able to put me at ease before the procedure even starts. They even call you at home the next day to see how you're doing. I drive 1 hour to get there and it's worth the drive.
